Welcome to the Phonics Foundations Pack: CVC Words!
In this week’s pack, your child will dive into CVC words—simple three-letter words that follow the consonant-vowel-consonant pattern (like cat, dog, and pen). This resource is ideal for students entering Kindergarten who already have a solid understanding of letter sounds.
 
Mrs. Danielle will guide your child through four fun and interactive worksheets, with one additional page for independent practice. Designed to be completed over the course of a week, your child can do one activity sheet each day for consistent, manageable learning.
 
Be sure to print the materials before watching the video, as the same video will be used all week. To support independence, teach your child how to pause and play the video using the space bar before they begin.
